Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering contracts in Malaysia and must use AgentTop services in compliance with applicable laws. AgentTop does not provide services to persons barred by law from receiving such services. Use by minors should be supervised by a parent or guardian where appropriate.

Where required by law or by the nature of a service, users must be of legal age to enter into binding agreements in Malaysia. If a service requires a minimum age, that requirement will be specified in the service terms.

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in fraud, funds laundering, or other illegal activities using AgentTop.digital.

Availability of certain services may be limited to specific jurisdictions. AgentTop may restrict or refuse access where offering services would be unlawful or impractical due to local regulation.

Account responsibilities

To access certain features of AgentTop.digital you may be required to register and maintain an account. Account creation requires accurate information and compliance with these terms.

You must provide current, complete and accurate information. Promptly update your account details to keep them accurate. AgentTop is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We employ technical and organisational measures to protect account data.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold or assigned without AgentTop's prior written consent.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact AgentTop immediately at +60123716722 and follow any additional recovery steps we provide.

AgentTop may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, are inactive, or present a security risk. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute.

Services

AgentTop provides informational and administrative services related to realtor legal matters, including document templates, procedural guidance and referrals. Specific services and scopes are described where offered. Services are intended for informational and administrative support and do not replace tailored legal advice.

AgentTop may modify, suspend or discontinue aspects of the services at any time. We will provide notice of material changes where feasible. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party provider actions, connectivity issues or regulatory restrictions. AgentTop makes reasonable efforts to maintain access but does not warrant uninterrupted service.

User conduct rules

When using AgentTop.digital you must follow these rules to maintain a safe and lawful environment for all users.

• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others without authorization.
• Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful activity or to provide legal advice in a regulated manner when not authorized.
• Do not upload content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
• Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the platform, including introducing malware.
• Comply with applicable export controls, sanctions and local laws when using our services.
• Respect our community and communicate professionally; harassment and abusive behaviour are prohibited.

User content

User content includes any information, documents, messages or materials you submit to AgentTop.digital. By submitting content you represent that you have the right to do so.

You retain ownership of user content you submit, subject to the rights you grant to AgentTop in these terms and any specific service agreements.

By submitting content you grant AgentTop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store and process the content as necessary to provide and improve the services, and to comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you submit. AgentTop may review, remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law.

You can request removal of certain user content. Removal requests will be assessed and processed in accordance with applicable law and our retention policies.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the AgentTop.digital site and its content, including activity, logos, text and software, are owned or licensed by AgentTop unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from AgentTop intellectual property without permission.
• Use of AgentTop activity or logos requires prior written consent.
• If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed by content on AgentTop.digital, follow the notice procedures described in our policies.

Paid services

Certain services on AgentTop.digital may require payment. Fees, invoicing and payment terms for paid services will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Prices for paid services are set out in the relevant service page or agreement. All prices are listed in the currency indicated and may exclude applicable taxes and fees.

AgentTop accepts payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; their terms and security measures apply in addition to ours.

Subscription services will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms. Cancellation options and notice periods are provided at the point of purchase.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the specific service terms and consumer protection law. Where a refund is applicable, AgentTop will process refunds to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.

You can cancel paid services as permitted by the service terms. Cancellation does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to cancellation and may not entitle you to a prorated refund.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by authorities on transactions with AgentTop, unless otherwise stated.

AgentTop may change prices for services. For subscription services, notice of price changes will be provided in advance where required by applicable law.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of the paid services and collection activity as permitted by law.

Legal disclaimer

Information provided by AgentTop is for general informational purposes and administrative assistance in property and realtor-related legal matters. It is not a substitute for tailored legal advice from a qualified lawyer. Users should seek independent professional advice for specific legal questions or disputes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentTop and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid to AgentTop for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

AgentTop may provide links, integrations or referrals to third-party providers. AgentTop does not control third-party content or practices and is not responsible for their services, fees or policies.

Termination and suspension

AgentTop may suspend or terminate access to services for users who violate these terms, for non-payment, for regulatory reasons, or for other legitimate business reasons. Users may also terminate service agreements as provided under those agreements.

Upon termination, access to paid features may be revoked, and AgentTop may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal data. By using AgentTop.digital you consent to processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Communications

By using the site, you consent to receive service-related communications including notices, updates and administrative messages. Marketing communications will be sent only where you have consented or where permitted by law.

Changes to terms

AgentTop may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on AgentTop.digital with an updated effective date. Your continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal actions related to these terms will be brought in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these terms should first be raised with AgentTop to seek amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts located in Selangor.
